A bit about the role…

As a Technical Project Manager at Solink, you will be at the forefront of driving our integration projects from inception to deployment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and has a passion for technology and project management. You will be responsible for managing multiple integration projects, coordinating with various internal teams, and ensuring that each project is completed on time and within scope.

WHO YOU ARE 

  • You have 4-6 years of experience managing complex IT projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • You excel at communicating with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • You are a resourceful problem solver; finding solutions and navigating challenges, even in ambiguous situations.
  • You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and accountability for deadlines.
  • You’re comfortable using tools like Jira, HubSpot, and Excel to manage projects, analyze data, and communicate effectively.
  • You value collaboration, thrive in a cross-functional environment, and are not afraid to ask for help when needed.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Manage all integration projects from inception to deployment, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with the CSM, Data, and Product Management teams to organize and execute integration builds.
  • Liaise with the Partnership team to establish integration agreements and follow up on outstanding requirements.
  • Use Jira to track project progress, HubSpot for client communication, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop strategies to identify and minimize blockers and bottlenecks in the integrations processes
  • Track and communicate status, blockers and estimated completion dates of each request to relevant stakeholders
  • Build and manage relationships between the integrations team and internal and external parties
