YOUR ROLE
As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of cross-functional projects by fostering an Agile mindset and facilitating high-performing Agile teams. You will ensure adherence to Agile principles, remove impediments, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Agile Leadership: Serve as the Agile process leader, guiding Agile teams in adopting and effectively utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Team Facilitation: Build and maintain high-performing Agile teams by fostering collaboration, problem-solving, and self-organization.
- Process Improvement: Optimize Agile processes, tools, and metrics to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliver value.
- Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and address impediments that hinder team progress.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Coach Scrum teams in Agile principles, practices, and mindset.
DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Comm, etc.) in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.
