Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software development projects, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead teams to success. Reporting to the COO, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Previous experience in managing projects from start to end in a software development company
  • A proactive team member who can lead our team to successful project delivery
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously: writing project plan preparation, reporting, and negotiation on its own
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities that encourage a stimulative working environment within the team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to identify performance gaps and work to implement corrective actions
  • Ability to meet budgetary objectives, making project adjustments based on financial analysis

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring clear communication, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client requirements.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Reporting: Generate and present detailed project status reports to stakeholders, including progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads from Development, Design, QA, and Business Analysis departments.
  • Client Interaction: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.  

Bonus points:

  • Excellent understanding of agile working methods
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Completed courses/workshops related to project management (PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, PSPO) or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
