We are actively looking for an IT Recruiter with a staffing agency background to work with us. This individual will have the opportunity to help shape the direction of the company and be a key contributor for its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for placing both contract and full-time resources with us
Responsibilities:
- Manage all recruitment: from sourcing, drafting, negotiating, interviewing candidates, evaluating resumes, placing candidates with our clients.
- Source and contact passive candidates online and pipelining potential IT candidates
Required Qualifications:
- IT Recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration.
- Proven ability to work in a sales and or a high volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to successfully interface with clients and candidates.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities.
- Able to learn and follow proven standards and processes, with a focus on negotiation.
- Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mile.
