In the field of human resources job analysis is a procedure to identify the activities of a job, and the skills necessary to fulfill its responsibilities. At Visier, we are developing a job architecture which will help organisations around the world classify jobs, and better understand the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in them. In this position you will play an important role in helping us develop this comprehensive job architecture, by researching, understanding and documenting jobs of various levels across a variety of industries.

What you’ll be doing…

• Researching and understanding the activities and requirements of jobs across various functions and industries
• Accurately and concisely documenting the activities and requirements associated with these jobs
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support successful completion of project objectives

What you’ll bring to the table…

• Strong research skills necessary to investigate and understand new industry sectors and the jobs that are associated with them
• Academic or professional experience in research is highly desirable.
• Meticulous approach and a strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, necessary to effectively document and communicate your findings
• Familiarity with business processes, structures and jobs is desirable
