Hi there! We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Mosaic Manufacturing. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity through visually compelling designs across various platforms. Your creativity and expertise will contribute directly to our marketing efforts, product presentations, and overall brand communication strategy.

— The Role —
Working within our marketing team, you will be responsible for owning the visual design of content that goes out to our audiences. Ranging from in-depth white papers, email campaigns, physical brochures, and other forms of content to be circulated via our digital marketing channels.

The content that you create will be used in order to engage Mosaic’s target verticals, with a goal of bringing them into our sales funnel. The majority of these customers will be from businesses who currently use 3D printers for prototyping, or production. This content will be distributed through various marketing channels, and will be essential to Mosaic’s overall marketing and sales strategy.

*In this role you will: *

• Design and create engaging graphics, including website banners, product illustrations, social media graphics, infographics, and more.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate marketing and brand strategies into captivating visuals.
• Conceptualize and develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that include product illustrations and company logos.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to internal teams.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools to continuously improve design output and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in a corporate or agency environment.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other graphic design software.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in 3D printing or related technologies is a plus.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is an advantage.
