• Data Governance: Implement and enforce data governance
policies and standards; serve as a point of contact for data-
related inquiries.
• Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to provide insights and
recommendations that support decision-making and improve
operational efficiency.
• Data Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive
documentation of data definitions, lineage, and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data owners, data users,
and IT teams to ensure alignment on data management
practices.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to
employees on data stewardship best practices and tools.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on data quality and
compliance metrics for management review.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to
understand data needs and provide data solutions that
align with organizational objectives.

Skills Required:
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management,
Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management, data analysis, or a
related role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
(e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization such as Power BI).
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best
practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with
the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-
paced environment.
• 10+ years of experience in data management, data analysis,
or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and
best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with data quality tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data
management (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Certification in data governance or management (e.g., CDMP,
DGSP).
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or
R.
