Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management

– Collaborates with Accuenergy ERP development team for data export and imports.

– Oversees data quality, implementing data governance practices to ensure accuracy and accessibility for analysis.

– Involves tasks like data cleansing, identifying, and resolving inconsistencies, and developing data standards.

– Create and manage Accuenergy master data.

2. Data Analysis and Modeling – uses statistical methods to find patterns and trends and developing data models to support business needs.

3. Data Reporting and Visualization- creates data reports and visualizations via BI or other tools to support business operation.

4. Project management -Coordinates with ERP implementation project manager to ensure the project runs effectively and efficiently.

5. Requirements Gathering – Works with project manager and stakeholders across departments to coordinate and elicit the specific needs and pain points to define the functionalities required in the new ERP system.

6. Communication and Training

– Efficiently communicates project updates, system functionalities, and manage expectations.

– Develops training materials.

– Supports to train user on ERP system usage.

7. Post-Implementation Support: You will be involved in coordinating and monitoring system performance, addressing user issues, managing master data, and ensuring the ERP system continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.

8. Continues Improvement. You will be coordinate on ERP system improvement after going live.

9. Educate employees on system usage and create training materials.

Qualifications:

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Expert in Excel and proficient or familiar in VBA

· Experience in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics BC, SAP, or NetSuite)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Bachelor’s or Associate Degrees in Business or computer science.
