We are pioneering something new and remarkable. We use technology to boost the efficiency of our operations teams and are now embarking on a journey to streamline how different departments interact with our data and processes through the implementation and integration of our application flow.
As a Business Analyst at Spring Financial, you will play a crucial role collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and data analytics, to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the overall success of our current products and future products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Leading meetings with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements related to consumer lending products and features.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making for consumer lending & lending solutions.
- Mapping business processes and data, and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.
- Preparing mock-ups and presenting Demos for Stakeholders
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals related to consumer lending initiatives.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories, to guide the development team in implementing requirements.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Support testing efforts by creating test cases, conducting user acceptance testing for alpha/beta versions, and ensuring the quality of consumer lending products.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
What You Should Already Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the fintech industry, with a focus on financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies such as AGILE, Jira, Confluence.
- Knowledge of fintech industry trends and consumer lending products.
