Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote (Attend Occasional Meeting at Regina, Saskatchewan)

Duration: 12 Months Contract (Option of Extension)

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful Resource(s) will undertake the subsequent tasks and responsibilities, which include but are not limited to the following:

• Elicit, document and validate requirements documentation, presentations, as well as information and decision items for various audiences, including senior leaders

• Develop test strategies, plans and coordinate testing activities.

• Write and/or proofread/edit a variety of detailed, accurate and clear technical and end user material.

• Facilitate support discussions with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, document and communicate knowledge documentation.

• Coordinate the development and implementation of metrics and KPI’s.

Mandatory Resource Qualifications/Requirements

The Resource(s) must have the following Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role.

Qualifications/Requirements

The ideal Resource(s) will have the following qualifications and have experience fulfilling the following job requirements.

• Possesses the ability to convert business requirements into technical specification for data

integration and reports in a highly complex, integrated environment;

• Possesses previous experience eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements documentation;

• Possesses the ability to communicate complex issues in an effective manner to all levels in the organization, such as senior leaders, clinicians, frontline staff, etc.;

• Possesses the ability to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex enterprise environment that includes customers with difficult and/or competing needs;

• Proven history of being a conceptual thinker with excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and consulting skills;

• Possesses the ability to build cooperative working relationships with co-workers and clients to ensure credibility and confidence in services provided;

• Possesses the ability to build capacity in client’s knowledge and ability to use and apply services;

• Possesses previous experience developing test strategies, plans and coordinating testing activities;

• Possess experience and a clear understating of project management processes;

• Possesses previous experience with organizational change management;

• Possesses previous experience in the health sector; and

• Possesses a Certified Business Analysis Professional designation.

• Possesses a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science.

• Is willing to work from the eHealth corporate office (please indicate this in their resume)

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Experience:

• Business Analyst: 7 years (required)
• Healthcare backgroud: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) (required)
