Nureva is seeking an experienced and results-oriented technical training lead to develop and implement a global technical training program for our sales channel and end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and delivering engaging training sessions. Experience with technical product training, specifically in the areas of collaboration and audio/ video products would be an asset. 

You will 

• Work closely with Sales, Support, and Product Management teams, to develop and execute a comprehensive technical training strategy aligned with business objectives
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses
• Deliver effective training sessions to internal and external audiences
• Lead global training program logistics and scheduling 
• Measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up to date on industry trends and good practices

You have 

• At least 5 years of experience in training development and delivery
• A university degree or equivalent
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills 
• A proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, and lead multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools
• Technical proficiency with experience in audio/ video conferencing and collaboration products (preferred)
