Position Summary:

We are looking for an up-and-coming, goal-oriented Associate Product Manager to build and drive Trulioo’s Person Match solutions. This role will be responsible for understanding the existing product thoroughly, working closely with Senior Product Managers in the team, and coming up with creative solutions while owning areas of the roadmap. We are looking for an inquisitive and dedicated person that can thrive in a high growth environment. This position will need to be based in Vancouver, Canada.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own modules of Trulioo’s Person Match (KYC) product.
  • Contribute to the planning, and execution of Person Match solutions.
  • Conduct research and data review, while working closely with our Business Development and Partnerships teams to expand and strengthen our data partner network.
  • Speak to internal and external customers to collect feedback.
  • Work with the Product and Engineering management teams to propose and develop new Person Match products and solutions.
  • Be the subject matter & technical expert resource for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create knowledge-based articles, newsletters, documentation, and videos to ensure successful adoption of your product internally and externally.
  • Groom and manage the product backlog and lead Sprint sessions with Engineering.

You have:

  • 1-2 years of Business Analysis or Product Management experience, ideally within related industries (Financial Services, FinTech/RegTech, Payments).
  • BSc degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Good problem-solving and research skills, ability to make recommendations and justify them in a rational manner – break it into deliverable increments.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive approach who can work as part of a dynamic team and can take on unfamiliar tasks.
  • People person – able to impress and take initiative when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A self-starter and curious mentality with an eagerness to learn.
  • A methodical mindset to review and build existing data.
  • Strong follow-through and drive execution.
  • Experience in software engineering and/or QA is a plus.
