Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager/BA with a solid background in managing software projects, including web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess at least 7+ years of project management experience, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies and the role of a Scrum Master working in software sector. This role demands a deep understanding of the technical aspects of software development, including DevOps practices, cloud technologies, quality assurance, and business analysis. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, budget and time management capabilities, and the ability to deliver milestones on time and with high quality. This role requires handling agile projects with unclear requirements and frequent changes, fostering positive relationships with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews, and ensuring effective implementation of the Agile methodology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and DevOps, to understand project requirements, set priorities, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Manage project scope and changes, adeptly handling unclear requirements and multiple changes to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients, to keep everyone informed of project status and developments.
• Control project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and team members, addressing concerns, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in software development, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies to continually enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of managing web and mobile application projects.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes, DevOps practices, cloud services, QA methodologies, and business analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying scopes simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong analytical capability.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
