The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Advisory the Business Analyst will play a key role in our client facing project teams. You will work in a fast-paced project environment while gaining experience with stakeholder management, project planning, and business analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, collect, and analyze project information and provide input and recommendations across project teams
- Ensure key results are achieved in accordance with the project plan by analyzing current business systems and processes, generating ideas and formulating recommendations/options.
- Support project members in reaching decisions that are within project scope and timelines.
- Contribute to the implementation of effective processes to assess project risks, identify risk mitigation strategies and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on project direction, priority, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Work with our PMO to Identify and manage project dependencies, resources, risks, and critical path.
- Proficiency in process mapping, optimization, and requirements gathering techniques to analyze business systems, identify inefficiencies, formulate recommendations, streamline processes, and elicit clear project requirements.
Who You Are
- Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience in professional business environment
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent (not mandatory)
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, abstract thinking, and system analysis skills.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst supporting a technology implementation or the implementation of ERP systems i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite,
- Epicor, Infor, Acumatica, etc.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
